What to Expect in a Session

Your coach will prepare your body for the Workout of the Day (WOD) with a structured warm-up. This includes elevating your heart rate and running through a series of mobility and activation drills to get you moving efficiently and safely.

Before diving into the high-intensity workout, you’ll focus on building strength, improving technique, and mastering key movements. This could include weightlifting, gymnastics, bodyweight exercises, or endurance training to develop a well-rounded fitness foundation.

This is the high-intensity portion of the session! The WOD combines various functional movements such as lifting, running, jumping, rowing, and more. Designed to challenge you, every workout is scalable based on your fitness level—ensuring everyone gets the best workout possible.

No matter your ability, workouts are adjusted to match your individual fitness level. This guarantees a challenging yet manageable session for every participant.

Every session ends with a guided cool-down and mobility work to help with post-workout recovery and injury prevention.
